IMPORTANT NOTES

All children attend one class per week and are accompanied by a parent or caregiver at all times.

To determine the appropriate age group for your child, please use your child’s age at the start of the term. Exceptions can be considered to accommodate special circumstances or schedule conflicts, but it is preferable (but not essential!) that participants in the 14- to 24-months group be able to walk and that those in the 24- to 48-months group be able to jump.

If the instructor cancels a class, a make-up class will be offered. If a child misses a class, he or she may attend a class at another location, space permitting. Those who register in the next term may carry over any unused make-up classes. Those who do not register in the next term forfeit any unused make-up classes at the end of the term in which they are registered.

If a program is cancelled due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be issued.

Making Music Meaningful will charge an administration fee when a participant requests to withdraw seven days or less before the program start date. The fee is $15 for terms of 9 or 10 weeks and $10 for summer terms. If one third or less of the program has elapsed, a pro-rated refund or credit on account will be offered, less the established administration fee. If more than one third of the program has elapsed, no refund or credit on account will be offered.

Making Music Meaningful attempts to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to bring any medical or other important information about himself/herself and/or his/her child to the attention of the teacher.

A service fee may be levied on all cheques returned as Non Sufficient Funds (NSF), Stop Payment or Funds Not Cleared.
