HOW TO REGISTER
ALL LOCATIONS: Kanata, Nepean, Old Ottawa South, Barrhaven, Westboro
Term 3 (Feb 6 to Apr 27): Mid-term registrations will continue to be accepted throughout the term for any classes that still have space available. If you are joining a class that is already in progress, please provide payment as arranged when you called or e-mailed to register.
Term 4 (Apr 30 to Jun 29): Participants in term 3 (Feb-Apr) who wish to register for term 4 will have a short priority registration period from Feb 20 to Mar 2. Registration will open to the public after March break on Mar 19. However, new registrants can get on a pre-registration waiting list before Mar 19 so as to have first dibs on any spots that are not filled by returning participants. If you get on the pre-registration waiting list, you will be contacted on Mar 19 to let you know if there is room in the class of your choice and you will then have two weeks to submit your program fee to confirm your registration.
As of Mar 19, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. After you have received confirmation that there is room in the class of your choice, please submit your program fee within two weeks to confirm your registration. See STEP 1, STEP 2 and STEP 3 below for detailed instructions.
DETAILED REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1 - Reserve your spot by providing your registration information. You will receive a reply to let you know if there is still space. Your reservation will be held for two weeks pending receipt of your program fee.

- By e-mail: Download and complete the registration form and e-mail it to nicole@makingmusicmeaningful.com.
- I usually return phone calls and e-mails the same business day. If you don't hear back within two business days of having e-mailed me, please call 613-806-7464 (rather than e-mail) to follow up. Similarly, if you don't hear back within two business days of having left a voice mail, please e-mail (rather than leaving another voice mail) to follow up. Technology is wonderful but not perfect!
STEP 2 - Provide payment after you have heard back that there is space. Any registrations that are not confirmed with payment within two weeks will be released if there is a waiting list.

- By cash - for those who arrange to meet the instructor in person within their two-week reservation period.
STEP 3 - Confirmation:
- About a week before your first class, you will receive an e-mail with some additional information about the program and about how you can get the most out of it. Any classes that do not have at least five registrants by one week before the start of the term are subject to cancellation and a full refund will be issued.
- Receipts for tax purposes are sent by e-mail in early February for the previous taxation year.
